Job Description:
Draft, edit, obtain approval/signature and send out all
subcontracts and backup necessary for each job.
Obtain all required insurance, licenses and manuals required for
each job and maintain log for each job.
Obtain contractor credit checks when necessary.
Issue job related purchase orders to vendors and subcontractors
Order company required insurance for each job and ensure it is sent
to owner on time.
Responsible for owner contracts that come in to be sure they are
signed and returned.
There is also interaction with the field staff to be sure they have
copies of these items on site as well.
Subcontractor 48 hour and termination letters
Maintains legal files and drafts owner correspondence
Prepares paperwork necessary to record Notice of Completion,
Mechanics Liens, Release of Lien Bonds, Payment and Performance
Bonds
Updates yearly insurance list of owners who need our insurance on
file
Quarterly re-qualifications for owners
