Edgeland is an emerging landscape architecture firm and will
include building out company standards, creating efficient
workflows, and templates to be used by the firm moving forward. As

company leadership and play a key role in Edgeland's
development.The Director of Landscape Architecture participates in
crafting an environment with other landscape architects who value
creating memorable spaces emphasizing innovative design and
sustainability. As Director of Landscape Architecture, primary
responsibilities include collaborating, identifying, and mentoring
the design talents of our Landscape team. You will provide the
leadership necessary for our Landscape Practice to excel in the
areas of design, management, technology, and service and to expand
it through your business development efforts.
Your Impact:
- Managing our Landscape Studio including day to day operations,
scheduling, reviewing timesheets, and continuously engage with your
Studio and Edgeland's overall culture
- Participates in client contact, business development, proposal
development and contract negotiations
- Responsible for meeting project schedules and budgets across
all design/construction phases
- Excellent organizational and project management skills for
multiple project assignments
- Assist firm leaders and marketing director in identifying
trends and business opportunities
- Identifying Landscape Architecture candidates and participating
in interviews
Here's What You'll Need:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Landscape Architecture.
- A minimum of 5 years of professional experience.
- Technical knowledge of landscape architecture site development
elements.
- Registered Landscape Architect in the state is preferred.
- Strong working knowledge of Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe
Creative Suite.
- Ability to work well under pressure, juggle and prioritize
multiple projects and adjust work accordingly, often against tight
deadlines.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to interact with senior management, external client
organizations and vendors

for California locations will vary depending on factors such as
individual qualifications, education, experience, skills,
job-related knowledge, work location, and internal equity. We would
not anticipate that the individual hired into this role will be at
or near the top half of the range provided, but the decision will
be dependent on the factors of each individual case. The
compensation package may also include incentive compensation in the
form of discretionary bonuses in addition to base salary and a full
range of medical, financial, and other benefits. The salary range
for this position is below.$110,930.00 - $166,395.00PBK is an Equal
