Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Client Success Manager to
drive post-sale servicing and retention in the AdTech and TV
space.
Key Responsibilities
Lead client engagement for Buy Side insights across major
agencies
Manage a diverse portfolio of clients, providing training and
onboarding guidance
Analyze data to develop insights and optimization recommendations
for clients
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree preferred
2+ years of experience in interactive online media planning,
analytics, or client success in AdTech
Strong analytical skills with the ability to draw insights from
large datasets
Video and TV specific background preferred
Exceptional presentation skills for delivering strategic insights
to clients
