Job Description:

Immediate need for Human Resources Consultant. Under limited supervision, this position is responsible for the ongoing development and delivery of customized human resource service solutions that positively impact our clients business, and result in retention and growth for the organization. You will be responsible for providing guidance, training and support to clients in the areas of strategic human capital management, employment law compliance, benefits administration, employee relations, organization development, workers' compensation administration and the overall development of best practices in human capital management.

Knowledge, Skills and Ability:

Thorough understanding of human resources principles and practices, including employment laws and regulations. This includes self-directed maintenance on knowledge of current laws, events, industry trends and economic factors that may impact the company and its clients.

Demonstrated ability to develop and deliver successful presentations to individuals and groups at all levels of an organization.

Bilingual skills a plus
