Job Description:
A company is looking for a Customer Retention Specialist to
enhance customer engagement and retention through effective account
management.
Key Responsibilities
Manage high-volume inbound calls to support current customers and
address complaints
Deflect cancellation requests and secure renewals by understanding
client needs
Achieve onboarding, retention, and engagement targets while
building strong relationships with clients
Required Qualifications
3+ years of experience in high-level customer escalations, account
management, or client relations
Preferred experience in education, teaching, or tutoring
High empathy and emotional intelligence to understand educational
needs
Ability to work a full-time schedule including at least 1 evening
and 1 weekend shift weekly
Strong conflict management skills and the ability to remain calm in
stressful situations
