Job Description:
A company is looking for an Access Center Supervisor to manage
and enhance Call Center Operations for the Access Center Team.
Key Responsibilities
Train, coach, and evaluate Access Counselors while managing inbound
and outbound patient workflows
Oversee communication platforms and optimize appointment reminder
processes, while monitoring performance metrics
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless
patient journey and address operational issues
Required Qualifications
Minimum 3 years of experience in an inbound or outbound contact
center setting
At least 2 years of managerial experience with a focus on
performance management
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospital
Administration, or relevant experience
Strong analytical skills and ability to drive team engagement
Proficiency in electronic medical records and multiple systems
