Job Description:
A company is looking for a Staff Product Designer to lead visual
and experience design initiatives for their member experience
product team.
Key Responsibilities
Lead visual and experience design expression across product
experiences and support other designers
Drive the design process through ideation, prototyping, and final
visual design in iterative cycles
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify gaps and
advocate for design solutions that enhance user experience
Required Qualifications
8+ years of experience in design, with 5 years in an in-house
product team
Strong conceptual thinking balancing user needs, business goals,
and clinical insights
Exceptional visual and experience design skills, with expertise in
prototyping
Experience maintaining design systems
Experience leading small teams and mentoring other designers
