Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Client Success Executive to
lead and develop key account relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Establish and execute account strategy and roadmap, driving
innovation in service delivery
Build trusted relationships with senior executives and enhance
client engagement
Support new business development and ensure differentiated service
delivery to clients
Required Qualifications
Minimum 10 years of experience in the Customer Experience industry,
with at least 2 years in a senior client account management
role
Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field, or equivalent
experience
Experience in a matrixed leadership role and leading process
improvement teams
Proven success in sales and client relationship management
Experience in a revenue-generating role
