Job Description:
A company is looking for a Claims Liaison to coordinate claims
processes and support affected individuals after disasters.
Key Responsibilities
Lead communication with insured parties, vendors, and other
stakeholders to gather claim information and coordinate
inspections
Schedule appropriate resources based on geography, expenses,
expertise, and availability
Maintain an up-to-date scheduling system and partner with internal
departments to ensure timely staffing of incoming claims
Required Qualifications
Experience in customer service and a customer-oriented approach
Ability to determine effective staffing solutions while balancing
cost and response time
Comfortable working in urgent environments and interacting with
individuals experiencing trauma
Strong analytical skills
Experience in teamwork and collaboration
