Job Description:
At-Tech Staffing Services, the technology staffing division of
the Act1 Group of Companies, is looking to hire additional sale?s
staff for its growing Sacramento office.
In the Sale Representatives role, you will establish new business
relationships with small & medium-sized businesses, and provide
exceptional customer service to both clients and prospects. The
day-to-day duties will include heavy phone use, client premise
visits, and account management.
JOB SUMMARY:
This is a sales position responsible for developing, maintaining,
and growing business within IT/Engineering staffing.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
?Consistently prospecting, pursuing and closing new business
?Developing and implementing long term relationships with all
clients
?Develop prospect lists and execute pre-determined targeted sales
to generate new business including cold calls
?Make face-to-face sale?s presentations to prospects & clients
?Pro actively seek new avenues to penetrate clients and attract
prospects
?Marketing top candidates to prospects and clients
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
?Minimum 1-2 years in a Customer Service or Selling role
?Excellent Customer Service skills
?Outstanding Communication skills ? Both written & verbal
?Superb People Skills
?First-rate Ethics
?Must be Detail-oriented, Enthusiastic, Organized, Proactive &
Hard-working
?Exceptional Computer Skills (MS Office Suite/Internet/etc.)
?Goal-Oriented & Self-Motivated
?Willingness to Learn
?Flexible & Capable
?History of meeting/exceeding goals
?Valid Driver?s License is Required
?Bachelor?s Degree Preferred
Compensation Plan includes: Base Salary, plus commissions. We are
