Job Title: Sales Development RepresentativeLocation: San
Francisco or NYCAbout AirOpsAirOps is the platform teams use to
build scalable AI growth engines. With AirOps, teams launch AI
workflows that use the best AI models, techniques, and data sources
to drive profitable growth. All without a dev team.About the RoleAs
a founding member of our revenue organization, you will play a
vital role in building and scaling our growth engine. You will
drive new revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities,
and you will work closely with the revenue team to manage the sales
process from prospecting to deal closing to expansion
opportunities. You will collaborate with account executives, the VP
of Sales, and the Growth team to create and execute repeatable
pipeline generation processes.Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to consistently exceed
sales targets
- Scale personalized outreach leveraging cold calling, emailing,
and social networking
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key
decision-makers at prospective clients
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing,
product, and engineering to identify prospects and build
pipeline
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales pipeline and
forecasts
- Use data to continuously improve sales processes and
results
- Thrive in a rapidly changing, high growth tech environment - no
task should be too big or too smallQualifications:
- 1+ years experience in an early-stage sales role
- Experience in cold calling and prospecting
- Demonstrated success in consistently exceeding
expectations
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently in a hybrid work environment
- Comfortable in a rapidly changing, high growth tech
environment
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
