A company is looking for a Launch Strategist to develop and
implement engaging launch plans for new customers.
Key Responsibilities
Develop comprehensive, custom launch plans for new employer
customers
Collaborate with Sales and Operations teams to align launch plans
with employer needs
Manage all launch-related tasks and oversee messaging and
communication permissions
Required Qualifications
2+ years of experience in B2B Account Management/Customer
Success
1+ years of experience in Marketing or Communications
Strong project management skills
Experience using an enterprise CRM (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.)
Experience working with HR Professionals is a plus
